Going places with NUFFNANG!

Enjoying Genting like a CELEBRITY.
Step aside overused phrases such as "like a boss or like a sir", now we're bringing a brand new hype to the top, literally.

About two months back, I was supposed to be part of a sponsered trip to Genting as well, but because my blog was doing a major shift from www.sidelocket.blogspot.com to www.yourbestfriend.sg, there were some issues with the servers, and my blog could not be accessed by the company... So even if I got an official email and call about being selected, I was not able to fix my blog in time to actually go for the sponsered trip previously. (I was so sad lor okay!)

And just when I thought all hope is lost....I checked through my email and noticed this similarly enticing email about going to genting for 5D4N, entirely sponsered as well. BUT the catch is, you will be part of a reality tv series on Reelity.tv.

The first thing on my mind : IS THIS THING CATERED FOR ME, OR WHAT?

Waliao! How they know my friends describe me as crazily dramatic and outgoing?! And I thought all that personality trait is getting me nowhere, now I can totally put it into good use ( aside from my course, which is mass communications, where you talk and talk and write alot) ! Well, that is if I am selected la!

I read through the details and it was pretty straight forward, I have to explain how I will enjoy Genting if I were a celebrity.

If I am a celebrity of any sorts, the first thing I will do, of course, IS TO BOOK THE BEST ROOM IN THE HOTEL!!! (MAKES SENSE RIGHT?!) And the best and most celebrity-ish room in Resort Word Genting is the World Club Room. I can totally imagine what I will do in the room, laze on the huge sofa in my bathrobe, sipping tea like a sir like a celebrity, looking out the window and and feeling so amazing because this room most probably has an awesome view or something. (Did I forget mentioning camwhore like mad?!) Went online to search up some photos on bathrobe and good view. So this turned up.

LOL its genting la not some tropical forest. But same feel HAHAHA.

Okay this picture abit too exaggerating, but ya I'm trying to imagine the genting scene with this. LOL.

Aside from a fabulous hotel room, It would be great to dine in perfection! A great place would be The Olive. Why did I say this would be a great place to dine?! Because they won some awards providing the most exquisite dining experience....which means it will most probably be super classy and fit for a celebrity! Did I mention the place looks fabulous in the photos? We can also have some wine here! Hahahaha And we most probably have to dress well since they have a list of dresscodes on the rws website.

Looking secretive...hope I get to unveil it HAHA

And on one of the days, most probably on the 3rd day, we should go to the theme park!!! (Both outdoor and indoor) Celebrity cannot have fun meh? I am still a young girl at heart you know... But this time, since I can choose to wear whatever crazy ideas I always had in mind, I will wear...

GOGGLE SPECS

Actually to be honest, I don't quite know if this will attract more attention or deflect it... LOL but whatever lah! I am a celebrity what, can wear whatever I want HAHAHAHAA. And trust me, I look super weird in these kinda specs.

Do you foresee my future?

 LOL Imagine the whole day at the theme park wearing these crazy specs. And I'll just wear jeans and a collered top... should I add in a bowtie?! You tell me! But hey, it's gonna look so funky, cute, and... weird! (Why am I doing this to myself... hahahaha) But I guess certain rides had to exclude the crazy specs or it might fall off! Cant wait to ride the corkscrew omgomgomgomg I love theme parks!

Aside from play, a celebrity needs to party and socialize !! The night entertainment at genting is going to be so much fun! This time, we need to do away with the funny and funky disguises and dress to impress! Cloud 9 seems to be a really nice place to unwind all that stress after a long day of celebrity work (lol). This is how it looks like on their website! So yummy looking right? TOTALLY CELEBRITY WORTHY. (Plus the models for the photo are quite charming)

After the chaotic night, it's nice to wake up to some FREE FALL to wake up!!! FOR REAL. The SkyVenture attraction seems very attractive in a sense that, you can actually ... FLOAT/FLY WHATEVER. So cool!

THAT COULD BE ME!

Imagine us in weird outfits and having our face all squashed up.... Hmm.. let me put that to thought. But eitherway! It would be a great experience to live the high life, literally. And we totally HAVE TO GO because it is one of their main attractions! Yipee! I wonder if fake eye lashes will fall off if anyone actually wears them in there?! Hmmmmmm.....................................(deep thought)

With great fun, brings even greater fun! So I think it will be great to book the entire snow world to the group of friends to enjoy some snow lovin at SNOW WORLD! Especially with WINTER around the corner, and Singapore will most probably never have snow either. So why not right?!

Perhaps we can play some snowball fight and see which team wins HAHAHA. Because we get the entire hall to ourself during our time slow, we can shout and scream as much as we want while hitting each other with icy balls. So exciting!

Okay enough entertaining ourselves.. now it's time to be ENTERTAINED! Freeze 2 is a daily show that brings ice skating to a whole new level! I hope we can get VIP SEATS including some photo opportunities with the main stars to keep for momento! I kind of want to book the entire hall just for us to exclusively preview the show. I never really know how it feels like to be in an empty hall with just you and your friends... LOL.

Hope I get to watch this!!!

One other exclusive dining place is Ming Ren Restaurant, as recommended by their youtube video on the website! Since it's a chinese restaurant, wouldnt it be perfect to wear a nice fitted chinese styles dress to the occasion?! Amazingggggggggggg! Time to flaunt the chinese genes in me hahahaha.

 It is said that it has been awarded the best restaurant award before and their chefs are one of the best! I wonder if they have VIP rooms for dining? It would be nice to try out some xinjiang cuisine! ^_^

There, these are my ideas for enjoying genting like a celebrity! :P Not sure If I had to provide an Itinerary suggestion like what I did the previous time, but these are just generic ideas I Had If I get a chance to go there. But It would be interesting to have surprises by the organizing group on places we can go and what we can do. :P (It's gonna be fun)
