My absence was not unexplainable as the problems regarding life started to surface when I stopped blogging. I sincerely apologise to my friends and family who I've neglected over the past couple of months because all I ever did was to think about myself. The number of events and media invites I've ignored and rejected is unbelievable and I secretly feel guilty about it. Right now what I want to do is to get things back on track, so here I am. I've started to make myself feel less shitty by accepting a few invites from the mail that was flooded with overdued press releases. But before I start everything once again, I want to thank everyone that has been there for me throughout. I'm going to be strong from now on and face whatever I am given - just like the saying, when life gives you lemons, make lemonade.
For new readers, my blog is mostly personal. Aside from blogging, I'm a tech magazine writer professionally, thus I get invited exclusively to very interesting events. I like to blog about them so that readers will know what a journalist/blogger life is generally like. Well of course, being just a fresh graduate out of polytechnic, I'm a newbie. I'm probably at the bottom of the media hierarchy but I'm working hard to make my way up. Join me on my adventures if you will! :)
