Let's go a little higher: Canon's EOS-M Press Launch

Everyone has been asking Canon the same question for years, and I admit I was one of the people among the curious bunch to want to know, when is Canon coming out with a mirorrless camera?

I remember asking the oglivy (Canon's PR Company) when the Mirrorless camera will come out, but all she said was, they "do not have that at the moment".

But today, on the 23rd July 2012, Canon has secretly and sneakily gathered all the press and their dealers One Altitude to unveil a surprise.

Loads of people were there, there were media from all over Singapore. I was seated beside a bunch of tech/lifestyle bloggers, who are all so nice and friendly! They gave me some insights of what it is like to be a tech blogger, and they all have amazing url links! They even told me to wait for august before I purchase a domain! (So nice and considerate!) One of them is Claudia from www.Claudia.sg check her out!! :) I wanted to take a picture with Claudia initially but I forgot!!! (I'm not going to post it up anyway though, cause I promised her!) But It's nice to capture things during events!

As time passes, the usual tech writers from various magazines started to pour in.

So nice to see the same people again! :) Wayne again!

Looking major fail in here ._.

While waiting for the product to unveil, our table was laughing and talking nonsense about how asking a person of an opposite gender certain questions may look like as though you want to marry them already! (HAHA!) It's hilarious and amazing at the same time, cause there are so many things I have yet to know in the world. But I was definitely not trying to get married to anyone there when I ask casual questions, so don't worry!!! Hahaha! But it was nice knowing Nicholas from CNET (Crave)!! And thanks for sharing that informative story!!!

We were greeted by the very pretty DJ, Jean Danker!!! (I know right?!) She talked about the history of EOS Cameras before revealing the long awaited... Camera.

The last column is a mystery...sort of.

When it was revealed, you can hear people gasping!! (Okay, maybe its just Wayne hahaha!) I mean, CANON'S FIRST MIRRORLESS CAMERA? Okay, it BETTER BE GOOD for making us WAIT SO DAMN LONG!

I know, I know, I know, IT LOOKS GOOD RIGHT?!

I can honestly tell you my heart was like BDSKFBASDKBADJB because it comes in 4 COLOURS! I mean, I am a sucker for colourful cameras and my favourite colour is WHITE. OMG Imagine my excitement!!!!! So Happy! I'm going to work hard to save up and buy this baby!!!! By the way I have tried the camera on hand for a little white, the sensor is really as sensitive as an SLR... (Not kidding) Even the dude sitting in front of me thinks so too! And I think I can worry less about having not flash as the ISO range is WIDE! Less noise and pretty pictures in low light? YES PLEASE!

By the way, these are the people in front of me.

The Camera is set to be released late 2012. Price yet to be revealed. (Gahhh!)
I am eye-ing on this baby, and lets pray hard that it's gonna be a damn worthy purchase!
