Boxing day.

Christmas is finally over, but the outings shouldn't stop, neither should the presents. Met one of my good buddies for a nice catch up session and a wonderful dinner at town this boxing day!

Why isit called Boxing day? I bet most of my friends (and even myself) don't even know! It's just another public holiday to celebrate the day after Christmas. Boxing day is usually spent with family and friends, just sitting around doing homely activities such as potluck, watching movies in the living room, or playing backyard sports. There are many different variations to how the name Boxing day comes about, but it usually relates to the item "Box" ... Donation Box, Christmas Present Box etc.

Caught the movie Wreck it Ralph early in the evening before dinner, and I love it!!! The storyline, animation and characters are very well developed and clever. Everyone should go watch it if you want a good laugh and a refreshing plot! Had dinner at Oriole ~ I think it's beside 313 somerset.

Ambiance was really good there!

Our mocktails have a very unique blend!
Just me being me!
I already ate previously, so I just ordered a salad to munch on while catching up!
I don't know man, how am I suppose to review a salad? The veggies are fresh? The oranges are fresh? They mix it really well? LOL! I got no idea! But It was a nice dish to munch on if you're feeling like a rabbit... ahha. #somuchfailinareview.... Kinda explains why I don't blog about food much. haha!

Some fish main dish....Oh no, I can't even remember the name! I am most probably the worst person to review food... Hahahah! Damn! I did not try it, but heard it was really spicy and fishy hahaha!

But whatever! Now on to the desserts! They are DELICIOUS! Oh my god! So much YUM in one post!
Coffee + Chocolate blend ice cream.
Banana + Chocolate! Yummy!!!!
My overall experience there was quite pleasant. Unsure if its because of the company... but I really enjoyed my boxing day with the amount of food stuffed in my face lol. (I love food!) There were so many people around town shopping for boxing day deals and here I am, talking all about food. Mixed emotions as the year spells to an end, but it is all for the better because the next will be better than the last! :)

Outfit for the day night!
I feel really guilty for blogging about this only after so many days have pass, and I can't remember most of the stuff that happened.. (I have bad memory) But I am thankful to be still in contact with such a close buddy of mine! May the future years be the same!
