HELLO, MISSED ME?!

And just when I thought 5 days in Genting is way too long... I now think it's not enough. I guess the filming took awhile up there, but what really ties me up with the place is the people I went there with. All good things will eventually come to an end, it was goodbye to the beautiful weather in Genting, my red haired buddy whom surprisingly can tolerate my bullshit, the roomie that can stand my lame snoring/complaining and most importantly, the planned/unplanned restaurant meals. (Yummy!)

I am very thankful for the sponsored trip, the new friends I made, the insights I gained and the many different personalities I meet unexpectedly during the 5 days. Also know a little more about the blogging world...I have to say its significantly different from what I'm already exposed to in Journalism. But fundamentally its the same...Not sure if its a good or bad thing.

Oh before I move on, let me clear some stuff up, we're filming "The Reelity Showdown 2". You can check out their season one on their website http://www.reelity.tv/

Day 1 is just settling down, no filming was done, and we're just lazing around the room waiting for time to pass. And I'm sharing room with this young girl! (She's 19)

Our room is the worst and stinkiest room ever. LOL. We're both really untidy and we have everything everywhere. From food, to shoes to clothes, we just throw everything on our beds whenever we are back in our rooms. Some days after we shower, we watch movies on the small television that was provided in the room and fall asleep in whatever unglam position we were in. Did I mention the occasional snores from both of us? Hahaha I am so happy she was my roomie, at least I'm not the only one snoring alone.. HAHA

Day 2 : Went to the theme park before opening hours to film. It was empty and can't deny it to be a refreshing sight for a theme park. While the Reelity crew set up and all, we were just taking photos non stop and coming up with our team names (We're paired up by random)

Oh, and my partner for the show was Jessica and she's the red haired *crayner I'm talking about earlier in the post. *(Crayner : Crazy Partner) AND...We thought of a really cool name for ourselves.

Theme park was lots of fun, considering the challenges we had to do for the show, but we shall keep everything hush until the videos are up! I know I looked kinda pale and sickly and whatever compared to all the other gorgeous bloggers... but give chance lah!

3rd day : Did some shopping throughout the 5 days, went to Karaoke, sung really badly, took some self shots..lots of self shots actually. Here are some from the 3rd day. Act chio in action

On certain nights, we were brought to M Spa to relax and rejuvenate. Had two different treatments for two different nights, the first was a Balinese massage, which was so good that I fell asleep midway through the massage. Perhaps it was also because from the exhaustion from the day. And the second treatment I did for the 3rd Night was Ear Candling.

The ambiance of the place was close to perfect. It's zen energy is like all over the place. And Jessica said "This place is like heaven..." HAHAHA...but one of the things I really liked about this place is that the rooms were so clean and everything just smell really good. It gives you a peace of mind when you step in and relaxes your senses in a way.

The last night in Genting, was filled with photos and lots of love. Everyone was just taking photos with everyone during the entire dinner session. We all went to Karaoke later on at night together as well! The winner for the Showdown was also announced on this very day! Be sure to watch Reelity showdown to find out!

 The last and final day, which is the 5th day, was reserved for SNOW WORLD!!! I have never been to snow world before...well, not the one in Genting at least. I've been to Singapore's snow city a couple of times, and thought it was pretty much the same... except that the scenery in Genting's snow world is amazing! Alot like the typical Europe country setting.

It was about -7°C in there, my face feels like its about to fall off anytime. This is the problem with having thin and dry skin ._. Actually, I feel that the entire trip, my skin went from bad to worst because it was so rarely hydrated and slighted sunburned. So... I decided to mask like mad while being back to Singapore! Oh glorious country~

Gosh, I have this love hate relationship with staying in Singapore for too long. I love Singapore, but I love travelling too. To most of you who know me personally, I travel quite often. But I have not been traveling much since I started schooling in RP...the backpacking trips made a couple of years back were badly missed and thought about all the time :( Whatever, gonna graduate in about a couple of months time. Shall see where to go then.

I was feeling kinda sick of Singapore for awhile now. So I was really thankful to them for making this trip happen, even if its just somewhere near. It was a great trip with NuffnangSG and Reelity TV!

Now we're back to reality with work and school to go to. I guess it's goodbye for now, but we'll meet again! I'll update once the videos are up!!!!!! Ohhhh, before I forget, I want to thank Reelity TV's crew for all the hard work!!! You guys are awesome, cant wait to see the videos soon! Good luck!
