I was intending to put a reader's discretion note right at the top of the post, but you know what? Heck it. I feel that everyone regardless of all genders, race and ages should know about this. This is an educational post that wishes to educate the public. I did a little research and realized that, hey, the PH levels of your intimate parts are different from the rest of your body. Similar to our face, we do not use the same soap we use for our body to wash our face right? Why? Because body soap is too drying for our face! Same thing as your intimate parts!!! 

I know, you're like, why the sudden thought of bringing up intimate washes and PRIVATE PARTS? The reason why I started to question the need of intimate washes is because Lactacyd sent me a package about 2 weeks ago consisting stuff that they want me to try out.

Well apparently, soap removes oils from your skins that is good for your skin. Similar to the face, you use cleansing products that do not RIP of all the minerals and oils off your face, but at the same time, stay clean right? This is the exact same case for your private parts. Except that, your private part is WAY MORE important. 

Why did I say so? Because You make babies there, you have intercourse there, you pee from there! I mean, come on, if that part of your body is ruined, you pretty much have nothing much in your life to look forward to.

Anyway! Enough nagging, and I would like to actually TRY IT myself to see if I feel any significant difference in using an intimate wash or not. When I opened the package, there were two different types of washes that they gave me to try. But the one that caught my attention, was the whitening one.

I mean like... WHITENING? Wa liao! Now there also can whiten ah! LOL. I know that there is a trend in whitening your face, your body... but your private parts?! That's a first! And also a high brow invention, because most woman & men suffer from darkened private parts due to the excessive friction caused by tight clothing, and considering our humid level is so high in Singapore, it just makes matter worst!

This whitening wash has a PH Level off 5.2, which is just right for your intimates, (since i mentioned earlier that your intimate parts are more acidic, so you kinda need to balance it out) and uses natural ingredients to help cleanse intimate areas without hurting it.

Enough talk and more action. I decided to go on a two week mission to test out this whitening product! By right you can only see a more significant change with 4 weeks of trying... But let's just give it a shot! When I first used it, I didn't know how much to use, so I just poured the size of a 50 cent coin on my palms and scrub it with the hand glove they gave me...well obviously no results yet, you think 仙丹ah? (Translation : Miracle product) So I faithfully used it for two weeks straight, and today is my 14th day, (I started on the 22nd)... 

My verdict :

I'm not really sure if it is a mental thing, but I do feel a whole lot more comfortable and an ease of mine whenever I think about the possibility of having bacteria growing. Although the whitening is not that significant at this stage, I will continue to monitor and use it for the stated "4 weeks" before passing a judgement on weather I would buy it again or not. But at least I feel much safer and in good hands when I use products like these.

I have yet to start on the anti aging/revitalize one yet, cause I want to do one product at a time, in case of confusion and mixed results. I will review the other bottle once I have fully given the whitening one a 1 month try! (2 more weeks to go!) Look out for the update!
