Birthday boy's day!

Brought my boy out last wednesday on his birthday to celebrate his birthday in peace and took him to dinner and a movie! Wanted to bring him to a buffet initially, but he had something to attend to, thus we're not able to make it in time for the buffet. So we had lunch at a random restaurant instead! Ma Maison! (It's actually recommended by Edwiana, our food guru) So yeah! Here we are, at this vintage cosy looking place...

 We ordered our dishes and talked about almost everything on earth, as usual. I think we also discussed about the animes that we watch (namely fairytail and one piece) Hehehehe love them so much! By the way, we actually ordered 3 main courses, because this boy here can eat a truck, as long as there is no veggies LOL. But hey, its a special day, order away!

Clam Chowder

I think the clam chowder taste fantastic. Hahaha I know I might be overreacting. But I really like it! It's not too thick or thin, and it has a generous serving of clams.. (and i love clams) So yummy! Giving this a 4.5/5!

ACT CUTE

Beef & butter Omelette

Sherman loves beef, despite the fact I prefer not to eat beef. Lolz, So i only tried the Omelette rice. (It was delicious!!) But I heard from Sherman that he loves this dish cause the beef and sauce is so tasty, and he gives it a 4/5!!

Once again, BEEF!

 I only had the spaghetti, and it was DELICIOUS. LOL. I love it so much! Sherman thinks the steak is too well done and it takes lots of time to chew and cut it lol. So overall 3/5!

Seafood Platter

It was so badly done I don't even know where to start. Everything was just CRISPY DRY. It was like as though they put it cook for too long and everything dried up, the clams were STIFF AND HARD, IT was gross. So We didn't finish this and decided to give this a 1/5. And did I mention it costs us about 22bucks per plate? Damn...

After this fulfilling lunch, headed over to NEX to watch the EXPANDABLES 2! Woohoo! It was quite an interesting show to watch all the major big guys get together. But the storyline was.. not as good as I thought. Haha but it was a good show considering they had to squeeze in so many people.
