Baking piggies!

This is totally overdued, but I will still like to very much share with everyone else my baking adventures!! I helped my Aunt out making piggies for her article interview + shoot that is going to appear on the GO DIGITAL magazine! My Aunt has been making these for decades as a hobby, but never once I had an interest to learn how to make them. But ever since I hit the big twos, I have been wanting to do everything that I can when I am still young. I want to learn everything that my brain allows me to, and experience at least a bit of everything while I still can.

So just one random day, I decided to "learn" this piggy making skill from my Aunt. I'm gonna spare you the details but I captured the process of making and the transformation. I am super glad that I managed to do quite okay for most of the piggies on the first attempt.

So cute right?! Spot the ones I made!!!

Oinking all the way~

We made them, FROM SCRATCH OK!!

Check out his cute little hat hahaha!

Ready to hit the ovens.

While waiting for it to be ready, I went to watch TV and totally forgot about them. Thankfully my Aunt's there taking care of the piggies, literally. So after a day of hard work and lots of learning, the end product is...

It's a success!! Well, its hard to fail with my Aunt being in charge of the baking and monitoring, I just helped mould a couple of piggies lol... but eitherway, I am really happy to see the progress of white pale pigs to yummy looking helpless piggies!! Ha ha! But it looks great as gifts during mooncake festival!

By the way, My Aunt made a page on facebook.
I hope you enjoy this post of fun loving creative baking!!!
So please support my aunt and like the page!!!!
Thanks!
